Be careful buying this product. I have spent two months trying to get it to work with Vista and have finally given up. The company that designed the software wasn't able to help. Now I can't even get a full refund from Amazon!

I have only tried this product once, just to see how it operates. It looks like it will take a little getting used to. I wish it had come with a printed manual (like my Electric Quilt 6 did) - I really prefer being able to read something in a book. I think it will be fun to learn.

I'm very pleased with the results of this product. The quality of accuracy/likeness of imported pictures is spectacular! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone serious about creating their own unique designs.

If your serious about professional quality cross-stitch images, don't get this one, it's strictly amatuer hour for this software. Personal pics don't come out as well as what they advertise on the box. And if you are not software savvy there is no directions or decent tutorial. Don't waste you money or time, you get what you pay for.
Interesting product (2008-03-27)
I purchased this software with the hope that I could make my own patterns. There are some areas that aren't clearly explained. For example: how to determine just how much floss you need, how to mix stitches in a pattern. I also found that once an original pattern is 'saved', I have yet discovered how to alter that pattern.
It is really nice to be able create something on your own.
